Hand Shaped Tray Workshop at Made Solid

Join Peter Maxwell of Made Solid at our Los Angeles Studio for a 90 minute hands-on leather working basics workshop.

You and a small group of participants will make two tray styles and learn about:
- the elements of quality leathers and how to recognize them
- the unique dynamics of vegetable tanned leather
- shaping leather using the wet moulding technique
- finishing and detailing your piece

Our workshops involve plenty of one-on-one and group instruction as we make one natural tray and one paint splatter tray.

The $75 workshop cost includes all materials.
Refreshments provided.

Workshops are scheduled individually, based on availability.
They are available most days during standard business hours.
